Uruguay, example everyone should follow

I’m very glad to see that this tiny South American country is in the  news for all the right reasons. Firstly, earlier this week Uruguay became  the first Latin American country to fully legalize the use and cultivation of cannabis. A policy that I hope more countries will follow. Secondly, starting with the football Club Atlético Peñarol, and soon to be the entire Uruguayan Football Association and teams from Brazil and Argentina from what I’m reading, is that they are planning on denounce the South American governing football committee (CONMEBOL) in an international court for corruption. Knowingly that this act may cause the Uruguay Football  Association to be disenrolled from any FIFA affiliation hence causing Uruguay to be dropped  out of the World Cup. It will be real shame if this happened (especially since besides Mexico, I want Uruguay to win the World Cup next year). Given how corrupt FIFA itself is as well, anything may happen.
